Kimball Village Ventures, LLC is a privately owned commercial real estate joint venture located in the heart of Kimball Junction near world class ski areas in Park City, UT.  Black Aspen is a one of the general partners who help lead the acquisition, financing, and capital structuring for obtaining this highly desirable asset.
